Shift Type: Rotating shifts including nights and weekends
Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care to mothers and newborns during labor and delivery
- Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe outcomes
- Provide emotional support and education to families in pivotal moments
- Respond swiftly to emergencies with confidence and expertise
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Oregon or compact state
- BLS certification
- AWHONN or Fetal Heart Monitoring certification
- Recent Labor and Delivery experience preferred
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in labor and delivery procedures
- Fetal monitoring and high-risk pregnancy management
- Strong patient assessment and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
