Location: Howell, Michigan

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, rotating shifts including weekends
Hours per Week: 24
Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate care to PCU patients making a real difference in their recovery
- Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create impactful treatment plans
- Advocate for patients ensuring their voices are heard
- Educate patients and families empowering them with knowledge for better outcomes
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Michigan or compact state
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Recent PCU or progressive care experience preferred
- Passion for critical care and patient-centered nursing
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in PCU protocols and telemetry monitoring
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments
