Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM with weekends (2 per pay period)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms with precision to keep patients safe
Deliver compassionate care to post-cardiac cath lab, stroke and COVID patients
Collaborate with a tight-knit team of 5 RNs per shift in a 1:5 ratio
Lead bedside shift reports and maintain clear patient communication
Utilize GE remote telemetry and Meditech EMR to provide top-tier care

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 1 year of experience
ACLS certification required
Competency in interpreting rhythms is a must
Texas or compact state RN license preferred

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Telemetry expertise using GE remote systems
Strong rhythm interpretation and cardiac monitoring
Familiarity with Meditech EMR
Team player mindset with a sense of urgency
Adaptable to fast-paced changes and hands-on leadership
