Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the NICU team with confidence and compassion
- Oversee patient care for our tiniest fighters
- Coordinate shift operations to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Mentor fellow nurses and elevate team performance
- Respond swiftly to critical situations with expert guidance
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- NICU experience required
- Proven leadership experience in neonatal care
- BLS certification
- DCI/BVP certification
Education
- RN degree from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong NICU clinical expertise
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in neonatal assessments and interventions
