Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional physical therapy to empower patients on their recovery journeys
Design personalized treatment plans that make real differences in lives
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Assess patient progress and adjust therapies for maximum impact
Educate patients and families to foster long-term wellness and independence

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in good standing
Current NJ PT licensure or ability to obtain
BLS certification
Passionate about helping patients regain strength and mobility
Team player ready to dive into a dynamic rehab setting

Education

Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong expertise in therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques
Proficiency with rehab equipment and modalities
Excellent patient communication and motivational skills
Knowledge of evidence-based PT practices
