Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to medical-surgical patients, monitoring conditions and responding swiftly to needs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and execute personalized treatment plans
Administer medications, perform assessments, and educate patients and families for optimal outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure a safe, healing environment for all

Qualifications

Active RN license in Kansas or compact state
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and DCI/BVP certifications required
Recent Med/Surg experience preferred
Passed Prime exams including Pharmacology, Rhythm Interpretation, Core Competencies, and Specialty Exam

Education

RN degree from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong pharmacology and rhythm interpretation skills
Proficiency in medical-surgical nursing competencies
Excellent patient assessment and communication abilities
Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient safety
