Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Sterilize and prepare surgical instruments with precision to ensure seamless procedures
Assist surgeons during operations creating a safe and efficient OR environment
Maintain sterile fields and anticipate needs to support optimal patient outcomes
Collaborate with the OR team to deliver exceptional care during critical moments

Qualifications

Active CST or ORT certification
At least 1 year of OR experience
Current BLS certification
Florida license or ability to obtain quickly
Travel-ready mindset and flexibility

Education

Completion of accredited CST/ORT program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in surgical instrumentation and sterilization techniques
Strong sterile technique and OR protocols
Excellent teamwork and communication in high-pressure settings
Attention to detail for patient safety
