Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate critical care to ICU patients, making a real difference in their recovery
- Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes, showcasing your clinical expertise
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans
- Advocate for patients and families during vulnerable moments
- Utilize advanced equipment to provide top-tier interventions
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of ICU experience
- Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
- Expertise with cardiac drips and sedation protocols
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
