Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM with on-call 2 weekdays and 1 weekend per month

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist the surgical team by arranging and inventorying sterile setups of instruments, drapes, equipment, and supplies
Pass instruments and items to surgeons and nurses during procedures
Prepare and move patients with care and precision
Maintain impeccable sterile technique throughout operations
Sterilize and clean instruments, equipment, and operating rooms to ensure safety

Qualifications

2 years of surgical tech experience preferred
BLS certification required
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) via NBSTSA or TS-C via NCCT
Valid driver's license and within 60-mile radius
Registration with Colorado DORA if applicable

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Maintaining sterile technique
Basic computer skills for EPIC charting
Assisting surgical teams effectively
Experience in specialty fields a plus
