Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to med-surg patients on a 33-bed unit
Collaborate with charge nurses, RNs, techs and secretaries for seamless teamwork
Monitor patient conditions and respond swiftly to needs with 5:1 ratios
Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech system
Contribute to positive patient experiences through white board updates
Float when needed to support the team

Qualifications

Active RN license
BLS certification
2 years of experience
Basic med-surg knowledge

Education

RN degree from accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Solid foundation in med-surg nursing
Team collaboration in a supportive environment
Proficiency with Meditech documentation
Patient-centered care approach
