Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver safe, effective, quality patient-family centered care in the operating room
Act as a passionate patient advocate across all perioperative services
Perform thorough head-to-toe assessments and reassessments on diverse patient populations
Master pain management with appropriate techniques to ensure comfort
Collaborate seamlessly with the healthcare team including RNs, LPNs, NAs, and physicians
Maintain impeccable sterile technique and uphold the highest surgical nursing standards
Prioritize tasks, organize workloads, and lead with strong communication and team spirit

Qualifications

Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program
At least 2 years of experience, strictly enforced
BSN preferred for that extra edge

Education

Graduate of a Registered Nurse Program
BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Sterile technique mastery
Expert patient assessment skills
Effective pain management techniques
Strong team collaboration and communication
Attention to detail and commitment to task
