Roles & Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly at the front desk and handle registration
Manage scheduling to keep the clinic flowing smoothly
Room patients efficiently in the asthma and allergy clinic
Support both front and back office needs as required
Deliver compassionate care in an ambulatory outpatient setting

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant
MA-C certification required
BLS (AHA) certification
Clinical Medical Assistant Certification (CMAC) via AMCA

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Front desk operations and patient registration
Appointment scheduling expertise
Clinic rooming procedures
Versatility to support front and back office tasks
