Shift Type: Days, rotating weekends and holidays with on-call, open to 4 10's or 3 12's

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in complex open heart surgeries and thoracic procedures
Support vascular, medical, orthopedic, and diverse surgical cases
Maintain sterile fields and ensure seamless OR operations
Respond to on-call duties with precision and care
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active BLS certification
DCI/BVP certification
Illinois license or certificate verification
Passed Prime Specialty Exam, Core Competencies Exam, and Skills Checklist

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in open heart procedures
Strong OR experience in busy departments
Proficiency with EPIC system
Ability to handle high-volume surgical cases
