Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, prioritizing urgent needs and collaborating with the healthcare team
• Deliver rapid treatments and interventions during acute illnesses or traumas, making a real difference in critical moments
• Perform essential procedures like EKGs, blood draws, IV starts, and emergency resuscitations with precision and care
• Educate patients and families, ensuring they feel supported and informed
• Maintain impeccable documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient safety and confidentiality
• Assist across departments when needed, showcasing your versatility and teamwork

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Current California RN license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department nursing experience
• ACLS, PALS, CPR certifications required
• NRP certification
• TNCC required within one year
