Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate care to PCU patients during night shifts
- Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in condition
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy
- Advocate for patients ensuring their needs are met around the clock
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Michigan or compact state
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Recent PCU or progressive care experience preferred
- Successful completion of skills checklists and competency testing
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in PCU-level patient care
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with electronic health records
