Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, minimum 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver critical care to burn ICU patients with 2:1 ratios
- Manage ventilators, specialty beds, and CRRT therapies
- Collaborate with charge RNs, RNs, and PCTs in a 12-bed unit
- Document patient care using Meditech system
- Float as needed to support hospital-wide excellence
Qualifications
- Active RN license
- 2+ years of experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Med/surg experience preferred
Education
- RN degree from accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- PCU and ICU expertise
- Burn care proficiency
- Ventilator management
- Patient ratio optimization
