Physical Therapist - IRF
Location: Aventura, Florida
Start Date: 03-30-2026
End Date: 06-22-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Day shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM with rotating weekends
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver impactful 1.5-hour treatment sessions that transform patient lives
- Collaborate in team conferences to optimize recovery plans
- Utilize cutting-edge equipment like treadmills, car simulators and Bioness systems
- Document progress meticulously in Meditech for seamless care continuity
- Provide one-on-one therapy in a supportive 26-bed IRF setting
Qualifications
- Active PT license in Florida
- BLS certification
- At least 2 years of experience
- IRF or SNF experience preferred for this dynamic role
Education
- Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy program
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in physical therapy techniques
- Familiarity with advanced rehab equipment including RT300 and BITS
- Strong patient assessment and treatment planning
- Comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with Meditech documentation
