Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Night Shift
Hours per Week: 24
Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate care to PCU patients during critical night hours
- Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Advocate for patients ensuring their needs are met around the clock
- Implement care plans that make a real difference in recovery journeys
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Recent PCU or progressive care experience preferred
- Commitment to patient-centered care with a positive attitude
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in PCU-level interventions and telemetry monitoring
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Adaptability to fast-paced night shift environment
