Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop personalized therapy plans that help patients regain communication skills
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to deliver comprehensive treatment
- Document progress and adjust interventions to maximize patient outcomes
- Float to Mercy Medical Center Redding when needed to support additional patients
Qualifications
- Active California Speech Language Pathologist license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in speech, language, and swallowing therapy techniques
- Ability to adapt treatment plans for diverse patient populations
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Comfortable floating between facilities as needed
