Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to oncology and trauma patients across PCU and Med/Surg levels
- Monitor and titrate drips including insulin and Cardizem while ensuring patient safety
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PT/OT, case managers, and social workers
- Float to similar units to support patient care needs and build versatile skills
- Perform hourly rounding and focus on exceptional patient experience
- Administer chemotherapy and manage complex medication regimens with precision
Qualifications
- Active RN license and 1 year of PCU or oncology experience
- BLS, ACLS, and ONS/ONCC certifications required
- EPIC experience within the last 6 months preferred
- Valid driver's license required at time of submission

Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills for PCU and oncology patients
- Comfort with ventilators, hemodynamic monitoring, and IV pumps
- Ability to work collaboratively in a culturally diverse environment
- Willingness to float within similar levels of care
- Team-oriented mindset with genuine compassion for patients
