Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate physical therapy services to patients in their homes
- Develop personalized treatment plans for post-surgical and fall-recovery patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient progress using HomeCare/HomeBase EMR system
- Travel within a 60-mile radius to deliver quality care across the community
Qualifications
- Current North Dakota Physical Therapy License required
- BLS certification needed
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance essential
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
- Previous home health experience strongly preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Home health physical therapy expertise
- Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Comfortable working independently in home settings
- Familiarity with HomeCare/HomeBase EMR system
