Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional one-on-one physical therapy treatments in an outpatient orthopedic setting
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for each patient
Manage a diverse caseload of mostly orthopedic conditions in a supportive community environment
Collaborate with PTAs and rehab aides while maintaining your 1:1 treatment approach
Build meaningful relationships with patients while delivering high-quality care
Contribute to a positive team dynamic that has successfully transitioned previous clinicians to full-time roles

Qualifications

Current Colorado PT license or Compact license required
BLS certification from American Heart Association
Strong background in outpatient orthopedics
Excellent communication and patient management skills
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative healthcare team

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient orthopedic physical therapy expertise
Patient evaluation and treatment planning
Time management for 45-minute treatment sessions
Building rapport with diverse patient populations
Working collaboratively with PTAs and support staff
