Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to neuro and cardiopulmonary telemetry patients
- Monitor and interpret EKGs while delivering expert cardiac and neurological nursing care
- Collaborate with hospitalists, charge nurses, and the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on conditions such as strokes, pulmonary issues, and cardiac telemetry needs
- Respond promptly to changes in patient status and coordinate rapid interventions when needed
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent telemetry or neuro experience within the past 6 months
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Successful completion of Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam (2 attempts maximum)
- Ability to interpret EKGs and manage high-flow oxygen therapies
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong EKG interpretation and cardiac monitoring skills
- Experience with neuro and stroke patient populations
- Comfortable with centralized telemetry and ventilator support equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
