Location: Silverdale, Washington

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Full-time night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, including weekends and one holiday
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert respiratory care to mostly adult patients with some pediatric cases through the ED
- Manage ventilators, BiPAP setups, and bubble CPAP for neonates 32 weeks and up
- Draw ABGs and assist with intubations while supporting conscious sedation and cardioversion procedures
- Deliver nebulizer treatments and ensure top-notch care in a Level 2 nursery setting
- Collaborate with a lead therapist on every shift and a 24/7 hospitalist/intensivist team
Qualifications
- Active Washington RT License required
- RRT or CRT credential accepted
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Strong NICU experience with proven Level 2 nursery skills including bubble CPAP
- Competent ventilator management and a passion for delivering excellent patient care
Knowledge & Skills
- Ventilator skills with PB 980, Philips V60, and Respironics Lumis equipment
- Bubble CPAP and Level 2 nursery care expertise
- ABG draws, BiPAP setup, and nebulizer treatments
- Ability to assist with intubations and support conscious sedation procedures
- Comfortable working with 4+ RTs on night shift in a collaborative environment
