Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional emergency care to patients in critical situations
- Float between units as needed to support the care team
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists to create treatment plans
- Monitor patient conditions and respond swiftly to changes
- Educate patients and families on next steps and recovery
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- Emergency Room nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
