Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional pediatric and adult outpatient physical therapy services
Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans for developmental delays, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions
Deliver therapy sessions in both outpatient and occasional acute inpatient settings
Utilize the warm water therapy pool to enhance patient outcomes
Collaborate with a dedicated pediatric PTA and supportive rehab team
Document patient progress and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

Current Colorado PT license required
BLS certification required
Some pediatric physical therapy experience preferred
Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills
Ability to work with developmental delays, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions

Knowledge & Skills

Pediatric physical therapy techniques and best practices
Outpatient therapy workflow and patient management
Treatment planning for developmental and orthopedic conditions
Patient assessment and progress documentation
Flexibility to occasionally assist with acute inpatient needs
