Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, hours may vary between 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, typically 8-hour shifts

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional outpatient physical therapy care to 8-10 patients daily
Treat a diverse caseload including general ortho, neuro, BPPV, vestibular, and fall prevention
Build meaningful relationships with a large geriatric patient population
Document patient progress using EMR systems with accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate with PTAs and rehab techs to optimize patient outcomes
Provide personalized treatment plans that help patients regain mobility and independence

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in Arizona
Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
Current BLS and CPR certification
EMR experience required
Strong clinical skills in ortho, neuro, vestibular, and geriatric care

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient physical therapy expertise
EMR documentation proficiency
Geriatric patient care experience
Vestibular and balance rehabilitation knowledge
Orthopedic and neurological treatment approaches
