Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive speech therapy services to 9-10 patients daily
Perform modified video swallow studies for accurate patient assessment
Deliver care to adult inpatient acute care patients and premature infants in the NICU
Develop individualized treatment plans to support communication and feeding needs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active Speech Language Pathologist license in California
Experience performing modified video swallow studies required
Comfortable working with both adult and neonatal populations
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

Knowledge & Skills

Modified video swallow study expertise
Speech language pathology across the lifespan
Inpatient acute care experience
NICU feeding support knowledge
Patient-centered communication skills
