RN (Registered Nurse) - Nurse Manager - Cath Lab and ICU

Location: Garden City, KS

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with 24/7 on-call rotation including weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $102 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee both Cath Lab and ICU departments, ensuring high-quality patient care and operational efficiency
Provide pre-procedure preparation and post-procedure recovery for Cath Lab patients
Support bedside procedures with moderate sedation and monitoring
Enhance nursing competency and build a positive team culture
Lead clinical staff and manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced critical care environment
Titrate vasoactive drips and manage complex cardiac/respiratory patients

Qualifications

Active RN license in Kansas or compact state
Minimum 3 years of RN experience required
At least 1 year of management or clinical leadership experience
Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, RCIS, NIHSS, TNCC, and CRRT competency (will consider candidates meeting majority)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong critical care and telemetry skills
Leadership and management expertise to build and guide a team
Knowledge of fluoroscopy and cath lab procedures
Ability to titrate vasoactive medications and interpret cardiac rhythms
