Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic, vestibular, and neurological conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function
Collaborate with physical therapist assistants and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in Cerner EMR

Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapist license required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or equivalent
At least 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
Proficiency with Cerner electronic medical records system

Knowledge & Skills

Orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation techniques
Vestibular therapy and balance assessment
Patient assessment and treatment planning
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Team collaboration in a busy outpatient clinic
