Location: Bismarck, ND

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM or 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM), every third weekend and holiday rotation

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $65 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert respiratory care to patients across the lifespan, from neonates to geriatrics, in a Level II trauma center
Manage advanced ventilators (PB 840, PB 980, Hamilton C1) and high-flow therapy (Airvo)
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to provide optimal patient outcomes
Perform clinical assessments and make independent judgments in critical care settings
Cover all areas of the facility including NICU, ICU, medical-surgical, and cardiac units

Qualifications

Active RRT or CRT certification and ND state license
Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
Proven NICU experience is required
Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with ventilators: PB 840, PB 980, Hamilton C1, MR1, and V-60 Respironics
Experience with Airvo high-flow oxygen therapy
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
Comfortable working with neonatal to geriatric patient populations
