Location: Garrison, North Dakota

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, with every other weekend and holiday rotation

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as charge nurse, overseeing daily operations and ensuring quality care
Administer medications accurately and safely to residents
Perform wound care and treatments as ordered
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop care plans
Monitor residents with chronic conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, and dementia
Provide compassionate support and education to residents and families

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Dakota
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Previous long-term care experience required
Ability to work 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends
Strong communication and leadership skills

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration
Wound care management
Charge nurse experience
Knowledge of LTC regulations and standards
EMR proficiency (Matrix)
Compassionate patient care
