Location: Prescott, Arizona

Start Date: 07-13-2026

End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (8-hour shifts, start/end times may vary)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload including ortho, neuro, and vestibular patients
Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility and function
Collaborate with a supportive team of PTAs and rehab techs
Document patient progress accurately using EMR systems
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Qualifications

Current Arizona Physical Therapist license in good standing
BLS and CPR certification required
Minimum 1 year of outpatient experience preferred
EMR proficiency and strong documentation skills
Comfortable working with a large geriatric population

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in general orthopedics, neuro rehab, and vestibular therapy
Skills in BPPV, fall prevention, and balance training
Manual therapy and therapeutic exercise techniques
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
