Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, varying times (7a-7p, 7a-3p, 3p-7p, 7p-11p, 11p-7a, 7p-7a), every other weekend required

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to oncology, PCU, and med/surg patients
Administer chemotherapy and titrate drips like heparin and cardizem
Monitor patient progress and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team
Float to med/surg and PCU units as needed to support the team
Ensure hourly rounding and exceptional patient experience

Qualifications

At least 1 year of PCU and oncology experience
Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
ACLS and BLS certifications required
ONS/ONCC certification preferred
Chemotherapy certification preferred
First-time travelers welcome

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in EPIC electronic medical records
Experience with Alaris IV pumps and hemodynamic monitoring
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to handle diverse patient populations with respect
