Location: Breckenridge, MN

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (NOC). Cycle scheduling. Every other weekend.

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to residents in a long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with RNs and CNAs to ensure quality care
Monitor vital signs and report changes to charge nurse
Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare EMR
Support a home-like environment with strong teamwork and ethics

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Minnesota
BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of LTC experience preferred
Must pass background check
No clinical involvement required for this role
Commitment to providing compassionate care

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of long-term care regulations
Proficiency with PointClickCare EMR
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work rotating shifts and every other weekend
Compassionate and ethical approach to patient care
