Shift Type: Varied 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend rotation; typical start times range from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care across a wide range of acute care units including MedSurg, ICU, Oncology, and Cardiology
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions, total joints, and ventilator dependence
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document patient progress in Cerner EMR system
Adapt to varying patient populations, from post-surgical recovery to complex medical cases

Qualifications

Must have BLS certification and active California Physical Therapy license
Minimum 2 years of acute care physical therapy experience
Experience with orthopedic, total joint, and ICU patients including ventilated individuals
Ability to hit the ground running with minimal orientation

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in acute care physical therapy
Proficient in Cerner EMR system
Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills
Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently
