Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on physical therapy across both inpatient and outpatient settings
Treat a diverse caseload including ortho injuries, neuro conditions, wound care, and general debility
Collaborate closely with nursing staff and therapy colleagues to optimize patient outcomes
Precept students or new team members when the opportunity arises
Document care and progress with attention to detail and compassion
Support patients through every stage of recovery in a critical access environment

Qualifications

Current Texas PT license and national PT license required
BLS certification
IP/OP experience strongly preferred
Wound care experience is a plus but not required
Open to both new graduates and seasoned clinicians who love variety

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in treating fractures, sports injuries, neuro cases, and wound care
Comfortable working across acute, skilled, and outpatient populations
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Flexible and reliable with a positive, can-do attitude
