Shift Type: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional outpatient physical therapy care to a diverse patient population
Treat approximately 12 patients per day with a focus on orthopedic conditions
Provide comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OTs and SLPs
Support acute inpatient needs when your schedule allows
Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies

Qualifications

Current Oregon Physical Therapist license (can be obtained after submittal)
Outpatient physical therapy experience required
BLS certification required
Acute inpatient experience is a plus but not mandatory
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient physical therapy techniques and best practices
Orthopedic rehabilitation and manual therapy skills
Ability to manage a variety of diagnoses in a small-town setting
Patient education and home program development
Electronic medical record documentation
Time management for a 12-patient daily caseload
