Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on orthopedic therapy to patients recovering from shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis, and fractures
Provide comprehensive care across outpatient ortho, acute inpatient, acute rehab, and transitional care settings
Evaluate and treat a diverse caseload including orthopedic, CVA, MS, and head injury patients
Collaborate with rehab aides and the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Document patient progress using ReDoc for outpatient and Meditech for acute care

Qualifications

Current Oregon Occupational Therapy license required
BLS certification required
Outpatient orthopedic experience with focus on upper extremity therapy
Hands-on experience treating shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis, and fractures
Lymphedema training is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
Upper extremity therapy expertise
Ability to manage a caseload of 12 patients per day
Comfortable working across multiple care settings
Familiarity with ReDoc and Meditech documentation systems
