Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday schedule with potential for 10-hour shifts; weekend coverage split Wednesday-Sunday and Sunday-Wednesday

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional outpatient physical therapy services across diverse patient populations from pediatrics to geriatrics
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Support patients through orthopedic, neurological, and pulmonary rehabilitation journeys
Contribute to the facility's early mobility program and stroke certification initiatives
Float between inpatient acute care and outpatient center locations as needed

Qualifications

Current California Physical Therapist license required
BLS certification required
Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
Willingness to float between inpatient and outpatient settings

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities across diverse patient populations
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with interdisciplinary teams
Adaptability to work in both acute care and outpatient environments
Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development
