Roles & Responsibilities

Help patients regain their voice and communication skills
Develop personalized therapy plans that make a real difference
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to deliver outstanding outcomes
Float to Mercy Medical Center Redding when needed to support patients across the region

Qualifications

Active California Speech Language Pathologist license
Current BLS certification
At least 2 years of professional experience

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Ability to adapt therapy approaches to individual needs
