Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on physical therapy across both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Treat a diverse caseload including ortho injuries, neuro conditions, wound care, and general debility
- Collaborate with PTAs and rehab techs to provide comprehensive patient care
- Precept students or new staff when the opportunity arises
- Document treatment sessions and communicate progress with the interdisciplinary team
Qualifications
- Current Texas PT license and national PT license required
- BLS certification needed
- IP/OP experience strongly preferred
- Wound care experience is a plus but not required
- Open to both new grads and experienced therapists
Knowledge & Skills
- Comfortable treating fractures, sports injuries, and post-surgical patients
- Able to manage a varied caseload in a critical access hospital setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible and reliable with a positive attitude
