Sonographer
Location: Durango, Colorado
Start Date: 07-06-2026
End Date: 10-05-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 4 10-hour shifts, variable days, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM, with call 1-2 nights per week and every 3rd weekend
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality General, OBGYN, and Vascular ultrasound studies that directly impact patient care
- Conduct diagnostic procedures including drains and biopsies with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with radiologists and care teams to deliver accurate imaging results
- Maintain equipment and ensure optimal image quality for every patient
- Provide exceptional patient experiences while meeting daily scan volume goals
Qualifications
- Current RDMS certification (General or OBGYN) required
- RVT preferred, RDCS a bonus
- BLS certification required
- Strong experience in General and OBGYN ultrasound with vascular skills preferred
- Ability to perform procedures confidently
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient with Philips ultrasound equipment
- Experience with Fuji and EPIC systems
- Skilled in General, OBGYN, Vascular, and procedural imaging
- Comfortable working independently with radiologist support available
