Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional outpatient physical therapy care to a diverse patient population
- Treat approximately 12 patients per day with a focus on orthopedic conditions
- Provide comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OTs and SLPs
- Support patients through their rehabilitation journey in both outpatient and occasional acute settings
Qualifications
- Current Oregon Physical Therapist license (can be obtained after submittal)
- Outpatient physical therapy experience required
- BLS certification required
- Acute inpatient experience is helpful but not mandatory
- Ability to work effectively in a small-town setting with varied diagnoses
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong outpatient physical therapy assessment and treatment skills
- Comfort working with primarily orthopedic patients plus a variety of other conditions
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Flexibility to assist in acute care when needed
- Professional demeanor with business casual presentation
