Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to adult behavioral health patients in a 26-bed inpatient unit
- Maintain safe nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:6 while delivering personalized treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patients with diagnoses including geri-psych and bipolar disorders
- Float to med-surg and OB units when needed, bringing your versatile skills to different patient populations
- Ensure patient safety and comfort while following solid-color dress code requirements
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Utah or compact state
- Current BLS certification
- Experience floating outside of psych highly preferred
- Ability to work every third weekend and holidays as required

- Strong assessment and de-escalation skills
- Flexibility to float between units
