Respiratory Therapist
Location: Silverdale, Washington

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Full-time night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, including weekends and one holiday
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert ventilator management and respiratory support for adult and neonatal patients
- Deliver life-saving care in a busy inpatient setting with 25+ treatments daily
- Assist with intubations and manage BiPAP, CPAP, and high-flow oxygen therapies
- Perform ABG draws and support conscious sedation and cardioversion procedures
- Collaborate with a skilled lead therapist and 24/7 hospitalist team for seamless patient care
Qualifications
- Active Washington RT License required
- RRT or CRT credential accepted
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong NICU experience with bubble CPAP competency for 32-week and older neonates
- Proven ventilator skills and ability to work independently on night shifts
Knowledge & Skills
- Ventilator management with PB 980 and Philips V60 equipment
- Bubble CPAP and BiPAP setup for neonatal and adult patients
- ABG sampling and analysis
- Conscious sedation and cardioversion standby support
- Neonatal care for 32-week and older infants in a level 2 nursery setting
