Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM and 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to adult patients on a busy Progressive Care Unit
- Monitor and interpret telemetry to keep patients safe and stable
- Titrate drips such as Heparin, Octreotide, and Insulin with precision and care
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of nurses, techs, and support staff to manage frequent admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Float to Med/Surg, ICU, or ED when your skills match patient needs, expanding your experience every shift
- Champion teamwork and positivity while overcoming challenges together
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Strong telemetry interpretation and drip titration skills
- Minimum one year of recent PCU or related acute-care experience preferred
- Valid driver's license for radius verification
Knowledge & Skills
- Telemetry monitoring and rhythm interpretation
- Safe titration of Heparin, Octreotide, Insulin, and other IV medications
- Comfort with rapid admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Ability to float to multiple units while maintaining excellent care standards
- Team-first attitude and clear communication
