Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to oncology and trauma PCU patients
- Administer chemotherapy and manage complex medication drips including heparin and cardizem
- Monitor ventilators and perform hemodynamic assessments to keep patients stable
- Collaborate with an amazing multidisciplinary team including PT/OT, case managers, and dietitians
- Float within similar levels of care to support the broader unit needs
- Champion hourly rounding and patient experience initiatives that truly make a difference
Qualifications
- Active RN license and 1 year of PCU or oncology experience
- BLS, ACLS, and ONS/ONCC certifications required
- EPIC experience within the last 6 months preferred
- Chemotherapy administration certification required
- Willingness to float to med/surg and PCU units as needed
Knowledge & Skills
- Chemotherapy administration and oncology nursing expertise
- Ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring (CVP, A-line, Swan, EV-1000)
- ICP monitoring and titration of insulin and cardizem drips
- Strong teamwork and genuine patient-centered care approach
- Comfort working with diverse patient populations and cultural backgrounds
