Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM with 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour options available; mids start at 9:00 AM or 10:45 AM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms and ensure all equipment and supplies are ready for procedures
- Scrub in and assist surgeons during a wide range of surgical cases including CVOR and Main OR procedures
- Maintain sterile technique throughout all surgical procedures
- Collaborate with the surgical team to deliver exceptional patient care
- Handle total joints, general, vascular, and spine cases with precision and expertise
Qualifications
- Strong experience with total joints, general, vascular, and spine procedures required
- Proficiency with Cerner Surginet EMR system
- Experience with Phillips Telemetry monitoring
- Ability to take call including 1-2 weeknights per week and approximately one weekend per month
- Surgical Tech certification and current credentials
Knowledge & Skills
- Expert knowledge of sterile technique and surgical procedures
- Familiarity with CVOR cases including CABG, valve procedures, pacers, and lead extractions
- Understanding of Main OR specialties including ortho, general/vascular, neuro/spine, ENT, and trauma
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
