Location: Glenwood Springs, CO

Start Date: 06-30-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Sunday, 4 days of 10-hour shifts per week, days will vary, no weekends

Hours per Week: 38

Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and create personalized treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses
Help patients improve strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and overall function
Educate patients and caregivers on effective home exercise programs
Collaborate with the rehab team to shorten wait times and deliver exceptional care

Qualifications

Current Colorado PT licensure through DORA or compact license for Colorado
At least two years of physical therapy experience (3-5 years preferred)
BLS certification through the American Heart Association
Bachelor's degree in physical therapy

Education

Bachelor's degree in physical therapy

Knowledge & Skills

Physical Therapy evaluation and treatment planning
Patient-centered care and home exercise education
Colorado PT licensure requirements
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
